Road Development Authority (RDA) is the Employer of the project. The project has been proposed under Asian Development Bank funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 97km length of roads. The Engineer is The engineer is Pynghwa Engineering Ltd in association with Resources Development Consultants. ED&PMC has been working as the design consultant of the contractor. ED&PMC has been carrying out Road Design, Structural Design work, investigation and survey work.
