Road Development Authority (RDA) was the Employer as well as the Engineer of the project. The project had been proposed under Local Bank Funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 22km length. ED&PMC worked as the design consultant of the contractor.
ED&PMC carried out Survey, Investigation, Highway Designs, Pavement Design, Hydrological Study and Sutural Designs.
