Road Development Authority (RDA) is Employer of the project. The project has been proposed under Asian Development Bank (ADB) funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 67.40km length of roads. The Engineer is Pynghwa Engineering Ltd in association with Resources Development Consultants. ED&PMC has been working as the design consultant of the contractor. ED&PMC has been carrying out all road design work and investigation work.
