Road Development Authority (RDA) is Employer of the project. The project has been proposed under Asian Development Bank (ADB) funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 66km length of roads. The ED&PMC has been working as the design consultant of the Employer. ED&PMC has been carrying out all road design work.
