Road Development Authority (RDA) was the Employer as well as the Engineer of the project. The project had been proposed under local bank funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 6.9km length of four-lane road and four large bridges. ED&PMC worked as the design consultant of the contractor.
ED&PMC carried out Survey, Investigation, Hydrological Study, Highway Designs and Structural Designs.
