Road Development Authority (RDA) is Employer of the project. The project has been proposed under China Export Import Bank (EXIM Bank) for 30km length of expressway, three interchanges, 9.8km of viaducts, eight overpass bridges and eight Underpass & River Bridges. The Engineer is China Railway First Survey & Design Institute Group Co. Ltd. ED&PMC has been working as a design consultant of the contractor. ED&PMC has been carrying out Highway Design and Structural Design work.
