Road Development Authority (RDA) was the Employer as well as the Engineer of the project. The project had been proposed under local bank funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 10.8km length from 2 to 12.8 km. ED&PMC worked as the Design Consultant of the Contractor.
ED&PMC carried out Investigation, Highway Designs, Pavement Design, Structural Designs and Hydrology Study.
