Road Development Authority (RDA) was the Employer of the project. The project had been proposed under China Development Bank funds for rehabilitation and improvement of 27.5km length. ED&PMC worked as the design consultant of the contractor.
ED&PMC carried out Survey, Investigation, Pavement Design, Geometric Designs, Structural Designs and Hydrology Study.
